Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 August 2026

1. Who we are

Venuely is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME], registered at [LEGAL_ENTITY_ADDRESS], commercial registration number [COMMERCIAL_REGISTRATION_NUMBER], tax registration number [TAX_REGISTRATION_NUMBER]. You can reach us at support@venuely.mena-x.com.

In this document, "Venuely", "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the business that opens an account, and anyone you let use it.

2. What Venuely is

Venuely is hosted software for wedding and event venues. You use it to manage reservations, packages and prices, invoices and payments, security deposits, inventory, suppliers, digital invitations, and a public page for your venue.

Venuely is software and nothing more. We do not run events, we do not take bookings on your behalf, and we are not a party to any contract between you and your clients. Anything you agree with a client, including their deposit and what happens to it, is between you and them.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Venuely. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. You must be at least 18 and entitled to enter into this agreement for the business you are signing up.

You are responsible for every account you create for your staff and for everything done through them. Keep passwords private, do not share logins, and tell us at support@venuely.mena-x.com as soon as you think an account has been compromised.

4. Plans and prices

We offer three plans: Free, Pro at 1,499 EGP per month, and Enterprise at 3,999 EGP per month. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are exclusive of value added tax; no VAT is currently charged.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Card payments are processed by Paymob. Your card details are entered on Paymob's own checkout page and never reach our servers.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email before the new price applies to a renewal. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal.

5. Free trial, grace period and deletion

A new venue gets 7 days of the Pro plan free. No card is required to start.

When the 7 days end, the venue enters a grace period of a further 7 days. During the grace period you can still sign in and use the dashboard, and we show you a warning with the date your data is due to be removed.

If you have not started a paid plan by the end of the grace period, the venue is suspended: its public page goes offline and stops appearing in search results. The account data is then kept for 7 days and permanently deleted after that, including reservations, client and guest details, financial records and uploaded images.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep before the grace period ends. One free trial is available per venue.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by writing to support@venuely.mena-x.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then does not renew.

After that, the venue moves to the Free plan limits or, if it cannot run within them, is suspended and follows the deletion timetable in section 5. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

When using Venuely you must not:

  • break the law, or use Venuely to help someone else break it
  • upload personal data about anyone without a lawful basis for doing so
  • use guest or client contact details collected in Venuely to send marketing they did not agree to receive
  • try to reach data belonging to another venue, or probe, scan or test our systems without written permission
  • upload malware, or content you do not hold the rights to
  • resell, sublicense or share access to Venuely with a business that is not yours
  • put load on the service that degrades it for other venues, including automated scraping

8. Suspension for breach

If you seriously or repeatedly break section 7, we may suspend or close the account. Where we can, we will tell you what the problem is first and give you a chance to fix it. Where the breach puts other people's data or our systems at risk, we may act immediately and explain afterwards.

9. Your content and your clients' data

Everything you put into Venuely stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as far as we need to in order to run the service for you, including holding it in backups.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter your clients' and their guests' personal data into Venuely, and for telling those people how their data is used. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains what this means in practice.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep Venuely available and we take regular backups, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level or service credits. Venuely runs on a single hosted environment and can be unavailable during maintenance, during a provider outage, or because of something outside our control.

Support is by email at support@venuely.mena-x.com. We answer as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not guarantee a response time unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

11. Changes to the service

We add, change and remove features as the product develops. We will not remove something a paid plan depends on without telling you first by email.

12. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Venuely is provided as it is, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost business, damage to reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for data you lose because you did not export it before the deletion timetable in section 5 ran its course.

Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Venuely in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Indemnity

You will cover us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from content you upload, from your use of Venuely breaking these terms, or from your handling of your clients' personal data.

14. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Venuely at any time. We may end the agreement if you break these terms, if payment fails and stays unpaid, or if we stop operating Venuely. If we stop operating Venuely we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

15. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes go to the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Before starting a formal dispute, please write to support@venuely.mena-x.com so we can try to sort it out directly.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use Venuely after that date means you accept the new terms.
